Shipper name, address, phone number and email
Recipient (consignee) name, full address, phone number and email
Contents, weight and declared value of the consignment for customs
ID proof (PAN / Aadhaar / passport) where required by Indian customs regulations
WhatsApp messages and photos you share with us about your shipment
Website analytics (anonymous page views, country, device type)

How we use it

To book, track and deliver your shipment
To prepare customs paperwork for Indian export and destination import clearance
To share with destination-country partner couriers and airlines for last-mile delivery
To contact you with shipment updates via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
To comply with Indian law (IEC, GST, customs, PMLA) and destination-country import law

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing
We do not run retargeting ads or place tracking cookies beyond basic analytics
We do not share contents or declared value with anyone except customs authorities

Data retention

We retain shipment records for seven (7) years, as required by Indian GST and customs law. Marketing lists, WhatsApp chats and quote requests are kept for three (3) years unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
