Terms of Service

These terms govern the international shipping services provided by SAMP International from its office at B 35, Supath 2 Complex, Ahmedabad. By booking a shipment with us you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide international courier, excess baggage, commercial cargo and air & sea freight services from Ahmedabad to destinations worldwide. We are a freight forwarder and consolidator; the actual carriage is performed by airlines, shipping lines and destination-country courier partners.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Declare the contents and value of your shipment truthfully and completely
  • Do not pack any item listed on our prohibited items page
  • Provide accurate recipient name, phone number and full address
  • Provide valid ID proof (PAN / Aadhaar / passport as applicable) for export documentation
  • Pay all charges including any destination customs duty or taxes billed to recipient

3. Pricing and payment

Quotes are provided based on declared weight, dimensions, destination and service level. Final charges are based on the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Payment is due at booking via cash, UPI, bank transfer or card.

4. Transit times

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather, airline schedules, strikes and destination-country holidays can delay shipments. We keep you updated via WhatsApp and the live tracking timeline on sampintl.in/track.

5. Customs and duty

All shipments are subject to destination-country customs rules. Any import duty, tax, VAT or GST levied by the destination country is the recipient's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We file customs paperwork with honest declarations — we do not under-value shipments to avoid duty.

6. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to a maximum of INR 25,000 per consignment unless you purchase additional transit insurance at the time of booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by customs inspection, force majeure, or items you packed that are prohibited in the destination country.

7. Claims

Any claim for loss, damage or delay must be raised with us within fourteen (14) days of delivery (or expected delivery). Send your claim and supporting photographs to sampcourier@gmail.com.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
